PstrongAbout the Role /strong - This position will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources and Administration department, including Talent Acquisition, administering pay, benefits, and leave, maintaining and enforcing company policies and practices. Also, the role is responsible for office administration, including the development and management of administrative suppliers, office location selection and relocation, company vehicle management, etc. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliPartner with the management team and under the direction of the supervisor to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. /liliManage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with store operations departments to understand skills and competencies required for the openings. /liliCoordinate all training programs of store staff and assign own department resources for timely execution of those programs, organize timely training resources for store staff. /liliSelect and supervise Human Resources related suppliers. /liliFollow the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and maintain the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises. /liliKeep abreast of trends and report to the management team, including but not limited to best practices of other retail brands such as Incentive plan, labor hours management, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. /liliBe responsible for the implementation of the company's corporate culture. /liliBe responsible for office management, including supplier development, office location selection, etc. /liliPerform other duties as assigned. /li /ulpstrongRequired Skills /strong /pulliBachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. /liliMinimum of 5 years of management experience in Human Resources positions, with experience in retail Human Resources preferred. /liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliFluency in Italian and Chinese, or fluency in Italian and English. /li /ul
