Overall Financial Responsibility
Full responsibility for accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financialmanagement of the production sites in Italy and GermanyEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with local, corporate, and external requirementsResponsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in cooperation with Local and Group AccountingLoan management and reporting to lenders according to project finance agreement
Group Reporting & Corporate Requirements
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, reporting standards, and deadlinesAct as the main interface between the production sites and central/group finance functionsImplementation and monitoring of group finance guidelines and reporting requirements at plant levelClose collaboration with central finance functions and other stakeholders
Controlling & Business Partnering
Analysis of production, cost, and performance KPIsTransparent financial reporting and decision support for the Plant General ManagerIdentification of financial risks and opportunities and development of actionable recommendationsSupport investment decisions (CapEx), business cases, and profitability analyses
Governance, Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and financial governance standardsPoint of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal auditsContinuous improvement and standardization of financial processes at the plantSupport operational and transformation projects within the production environment
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable fieldSeveral years of relevant experience (ideally in an industrial or energy environment)Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, and cost accounting, including Italian GAAP and IFRSExperience in group reporting and shared service structuresAnalytical, hands‐on, and business‐oriented mindset with a high level of ownershipStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyProficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central) and MS OfficeFluent in Italian and English; German is a plusWillingness to travel to production sites (on a quarterly basis)
