A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. /ph3Job Title /h3pEvent Manager /ph3What You Will Do /h3pWe are looking for an Event Manager to join the European Headquarters Brand Communication team and support the execution of all events across the Haier Europe brand portfolio. /ppThe role will be responsible for managing the execution of a wide range of events, from large-scale, multi-brand initiatives such as international trade fairs and industry exhibitions, to tailored, brand-specific events designed to support key milestones and strategic moments in the life of each brand. /ppOperating at European HQ level, the Event Manager will play a key role in translating the portfolio and brand architecture strategy into coherent, distinctive, and high-impact event experiences, ensuring that each brand is clearly expressed according to its positioning while contributing to a consistent and premium overall portfolio presence. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the development and implementation of the Haier Europe event strategy, translating portfolio and brand architecture guidelines into clear, consistent, and effective event executions. /liliPlan, organize, and manage brand and corporate events (e.g. international trade fairs, product launches, experiential activations, internal and external events), overseeing the entire process from concept to execution across multiple brands. /liliEnsure the correct balance between portfolio coherence and brand differentiation in all event formats, adapting tone of voice, visual identity, storytelling, and experience design according to each brand’s positioning. /liliCoordinate all event-related activities, including creative development, logistics, production, suppliers, agencies, and on-site operations. /liliManage day-to-day relationships with external partners such as event agencies, production companies, venues, and suppliers. /liliWork closely with marketing, PR, digital, trade marketing, and sales teams to ensure integrated communication and consistent brand expression across all channels. /liliAct as a key point of coordination between the different product lines and business units, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and effective representation of the full portfolio within shared and brand-specific events. /liliManage event budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high-quality execution across the portfolio. /liliMonitor and evaluate event performance through defined KPIs, collecting insights and best practices to continuously optimize future portfolio and brand-level initiatives. /liliEnsure brand consistency, premium quality, and attention to detail across all event materials, environments, and touchpoints. /liliStay up to date on trends, formats, technologies, and innovations in event, experiential, and brand marketing. /li /ulh3What You Need To Succeed /h3h3Must have /h3ulliSolid understanding of portfolio management and brand architecture, with the ability to translate strategic frameworks into concrete event executions. /liliProven experience in managing complex events from concept to execution, including large-scale international events and trade fairs. /li /ulpEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a related field. /ppProfessional experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in event management, brand events, or experiential marketing, preferably within an international, multi-brand, or premium environment. /ppLanguage: Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus. /ph3Technical Skills /h3ulliStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously. /liliExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliAbility to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliProactive, hands-on mindset with a structured and problem-solving approach. /li /ulpOther: Availability to travel and work on-site for extended periods, particularly during international trade fairs or major events. /ppHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
