Ph3Community Manager – Social Media Moderator /h3 pJoin Arkage (Artattack Group) as a Community Manager – Social Media Moderator. Arkage is a post‑digital agency in Italy focused on blending online and offline experiences. /p h3About the role /h3 pManage and energize the organization’s digital communities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other creator/publisher profiles. Build relationships, foster dialogue, and strengthen belonging to the mission through organic and paid initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee daily moderation of public comments and private messages across platforms. /li liMonitor online conversations to surface trends, sentiment and dialogue opportunities. /li liApply AI tools for listening and analysis to improve effectiveness. /li liUpdate community management guidelines as platforms evolve. /li liActivate comment‑marketing strategies on partner and influencer profiles. /li liWrite captions, titles and descriptions with correct tone and SEO optimisation. /li liIdentify and flag potential ambassadors or spokespeople aligned with the mission. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pExperienced in managing and moderating digital communities, ideally in social‑cause or non‑profit settings. Empathetic, relationship‑oriented, with excellent written communication and an authentic, positive approach. Sharp at active listening and translating conversation data into strategic suggestions. Fast problem‑solver able to handle sensitive situations.
