Golf Agronomy Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and proactive Golf Agronomy Coordinator to support the daily operations of the golf course maintenance department. This key role will ensure smooth administrative coordination between the agronomy team, procurement, finance, and other departments.
Job Description:
* Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the Golf Course Superintendent and agronomy leadership team.
* Departmental Management: Manage departmental communication, scheduling, and documentation.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of chemical and fertilizer applications, labor tracking, equipment use, and inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 2-4 years of administrative experience, ideally in golf course operations, hospitality, or property management.
* Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with scheduling or maintenance software is a plus.
