As a sales professional, your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales excellence in our store. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the store consistently presents an attractive appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness, and completeness of the range.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers in their purchase decisions
* Maintain, manage, and handle merchandise on display
* Replenish stock to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department
* Maintain order and cleanliness in the store
* Manage fitting rooms according to company guidelines
* Manage cashier operations
You will be expected to collaborate positively with the team and maintain a courteous, friendly, and kind demeanor at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Previous experience as a sales assistant in the fashion industry
* Knowledge of the English language (any additional languages are considered a plus)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in scheduling
