We are looking for a proactive and communicative Community Manager to lead the social media presence for a well-known international brand within the Italian market. In this role, you will be the primary voice of the brand, turning followers into a loyal community through authentic, daily interaction.
About the Role
As our Community Manager, you are the heart of our digital engagement strategy. You will ensure that our audience feels heard, valued, and connected to our brand values. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, possesses a sharp wit, and understands the nuances of social media etiquette.
Responsibilities
* Daily Channel Monitoring: Dedicate 30 minutes each day to checking our Instagram and Facebook channels, ensuring all interactions are handled promptly.
* Active Engagement: Monitor and respond to community comments and direct messages daily to maintain a high response rate.
* Peak-Time Management: On specific posting days, provide more frequent, real-time engagement to capitalize on high traffic and drive conversation.
* Brand Voice Alignment: Ensure every piece of communication adheres strictly to the established brand tone and guidelines—being helpful, professional, and engaging.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing and content teams to align community management efforts with upcoming campaigns and schedules.
* Reporting: Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to provide insights that help improve our overall digital strategy.
Qualifications
* Location & Language: You must be based in Italy and possess native-level Italian language skills.
Required Skills
* Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing professional Instagram and Facebook accounts using native and third-party management tools.
* Communication Mastery: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to a specific brand voice.
* Analytical Eye: Familiarity with social media trends and the ability to interpret engagement data.
* Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who takes ownership of the community and looks for opportunities to add value to the user experience.
Preferred Skills
