IDV is an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.
The position reports to the Technical Documentation Manager and has the following responsibilities:
Supports document management activities, in particular issuing CIDs and performing formal checks; develops RVTs or ECPs when changes involve a specific sub-configuration and ensures configuration consistency.
Manages the MR workflow.
Defines and builds product structures in PRP, where applicable.
Handles the archiving and distribution of industrial classified documentation.
Manages the archiving of supplier documentation, applicable standards used as references in development activities, and technical documentation such as specifications and reports.
Creates documentation and delivers training sessions to enable new resources to become familiar with engineering processes and tools.
Creates documentation and delivers training sessions when new processes and/or tools are adopted within Engineering, addressing all relevant resources.
Supports the line manager in identifying and defining the implementation of methods and systems aimed at ensuring and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of both the function’s activities and Engineering as a whole.
Key Requirements
High school diploma (technical institute / technician).
Knowledge of basic IT tools (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Ability to read technical drawings and bills of materials (BOMs). xkiyazw
