Each member of our aerospace team makes a difference. /p pVergiate hosts the Avionics (AWS) domain, which handles: /p ul liFront desk reparations for civil and military operators /li liSupport on ground and in flight /li liTechnical support for aircraft developers, operators, and maintenance centers /li /ul h3Job Objective /h3 pThe Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager for Thales Italia S.p.A. - Avionics Domain and Avionics Global Services in Vergiate will collaborate with the Vergiate Quality Manager. The role involves maintaining aeronautical certifications for the Vergiate site, such as EASA Part-145, FAA Part 145, TCCA CAR 573, CAA UK Part 145, and ensuring proper application of processes and standards. /p pAdditionally, the role provides operational support to the Maintenance Manager concerning industrialization activities and data management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor the continuous application of site processes /li liConduct internal audits and support audits by relevant authorities for certification surveillance, renewal, and acquisition /li liMaintain the Safety Management System (SMS) documentation /li liEnsure quality assurance for support activities /li liManage non-conformities (customer claims, incoming materials) and implement corrective actions /li liSupport technical activities, including updates and communication of maintenance documentation and management of tools and resources in the repair station /li /ul h3Skills, Experience, and Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines /li liSuccessful experience in aeronautical activities, particularly EASA Part 145 or Part 21 /li liKnowledge of quality and safety management systems in aeronautics /li liLanguages: Fluent Italian and English; French is a plus /li liTeamwork and adaptability /li liSkills in electronics and mechanics are advantageous /li liProficiency in Office Suite /li liSoft skills: rigorous, autonomous, communicative, reactive, proactive, curious, synthesizing, flexible /li /ul pThis position is open to candidates from protected categories as per Italian Law 68/99. /p pAt Thales, we offer careers, not just jobs.
