We are seeking a highly experienced QHSE Coordinator to oversee strategic alignment between our Corporate HQ and our network of subsidiaries. This role is pivotal in ensuring that excellence in safety and environmental stewardship is standardized across all organizational entities.
General requirement:
At least 10 years of experience in managing QHSE systems in multinatinal corporations or large-scale engineering/industrial companies.
Previous experience as RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Manager) in construction sites and in QHSE Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
Previous experience in multinational Corporations as a local point of contact. The role acts as a strategic pivot to ensure alignment with Group standards, with a specific focus on managing complex industrial and enviromental risks.
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in engineering or another technical subject
Qualified as QHSE Internal Auditor
Qualified as Trainer (Train the trainer course)
Languages required:
Italian mother tongue
Fluent in English
French is a plus.
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of the regulations regarding health and safety at work, fire and environmental risks
* Knowledge of standards (UNI EN ISO 14001 e UNI EN ISO 45001 e UNI EN ISO 9001)
* Able to write / update procedures and use to analyze KPIs with the aim to achieve continuous improvement.
* Updated current legislation on health, safety and environment with particular reference to the major corporate risks (biological, chemical / hazardous products, ATEX, noise, work at height, electric, confined spaces)
* Able to recognize and assess risks and formalize the assessment along with mitigation measures.

Role and Responsibilities:
• the role is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and dissemination of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) across the Company and its subsidiaries, ensuring full alignment with Global HQ standards
• Identifies the risk factors related to the activities in coordination with the HSE Team (SPP)
• Acts as the primary governance lead for partecipated companies, monitoring their QHSE performance and ensuring the implementation of Group-wide industrial safety protocols.
• Carries out internal audits, in HQ and in the field, to check compliance with legal and integrated management system requirements
• Is the focus point for Company QHSE certifications.
• Produces / updates the documentation of the company's quality, safety and environment system in coordination with the functional managers and company leadership team
• Acts as the strategic interface with Global HQ, discussing and reporting on the implementation of Group standards, sustainability initiatives, and large-scale industrial projects.
• Promotes the principles and best practices for the safety culture and environmental and industrial risk management in Italy
• Coordinates Consultants and internal resources across different legal entities to ensure consistency in project execution.
