The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our IT controls, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and identifying potential areas of risk. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems, security protocols, and auditing processes. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefines, supervises and reports the annual IT audit plan; /li liConduct planned and ad hoc IT audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management; /li liAnalyse and evaluate IT systems, applications, and infrastructures to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement; /li liDraft clear and concise IT audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for risk mitigation; /li liPresents results and subsequent recommendations to senior Management appropriately; /li liMonitor corrective actions taken in response to audit findings to ensure they are implemented in a timely and effective manner; /li liFollows the development of IT audit methodologies; /li liStay updated on relevant IT regulations and standards, such as DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC, and COBIT etc; /li liParticipate in IT risk assessments; /li liProvide advice and support on IT projects to ensure that controls are adequately designed and implemented; /li liAssist in training and raising awareness among staff on IT risks and best practices in cybersecurity; /li liParticipates to cyber security, business continuity and GDPR projects; /li /ul h3Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications /h3 ul liMsc Degree in Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or an equivalent degree; /li li2+ years of professional experience in a FinTech or in a IT company in the area of IT Audit; /li liGood knowledge of: IT and Cybersecurity auditing and controls framework such as COBIT, management systems standard- such as ISO 27001; /li liHaving CISA, ISO27001 certifications is a plus; /li liStrong process and/or project management skills; /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA full time, permanent employment contract; /li liAn opportunity to grow in the role and within the organization; /li /ul h3Important Notes /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
