* Craft accessible and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile platforms through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
* Drive user research to collect actionable insights and make data-informed design decisions.
* Own and evolve our design system in partnership with the development team, ensuring consistency, efficiency and scalability.
* Collaborate with developers during all design phases. At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs.
* Influence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations.
* You are a visual storyteller: You have strong foundations in typography, branding and information design.
* You are collaborative: Instead of working in isolation, you prefer to involve different stakeholders throughout your process.
* You are a clear communicator: You express your ideas with clarity, transparency, and respect, and give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
* You are decisive and autonomous: You are able to apply learnings and change course quickly, while balancing quality and velocity.
* You are pragmatic: You know when we don’t need to reinvent the wheel and can follow industry standards, and when to break them to innovate.
Requirements
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in designing digital products, working hands-on from ideation to implementation.
* A strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your design process and achievements.
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. English is our official company language since we are a diverse and multicultural team. Italian is always a plus!
* Experience with user research practices and methodologies.
* Good understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies. We don’t expect you to code, but you should be able to communicate effectively with our engineering team.
* Proficiency in working with Figma and other design software.
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
