Responsibilities: - Help manage the team's daily schedule, attendance, performance, and new employee training. - Fix picking errors (e.g., wrong or extra items) and coordinate with other teams to resolve them. - Supervise pickers and packers to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and on time. - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area (6S management). - Ensure all daily orders are shipped out correctly and on schedule. - Make sure the team follows company rules and safely maintains equipment. - Ensure all outbound work meets quality standards. - Improve team efficiency, streamline workflows, and help control costs. - Track key data like speed and accuracy to find areas for improvement. - Support the Team Leader, solve problems on the floor, and work well with other departments. Requirements: - Experience in e-commerce or international warehouse management is a plus. - Organized, flexible, and able to work carefully. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Experience with warehouse management software (like WMS) and knowledge of outbound processes. - A responsible team player who can handle pressure.
