We are seeking an HR Analytics – Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Role objective: To manage the C&B function within the HR department by supporting the implementation and management of C&B programs aligned with the company's strategic goals. Support the development and implementation of HRIS systems to effectively record, analyze, and process employee data. Main responsibilities: C&B HR policy development: Participate in creating and implementing HR policies related to compensation and analytics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Compensation strategy: Collaborate with the Comp & Ben Manager to design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages, ensuring industry and regulatory compliance. Internal/External Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to keep compensation packages competitive; provide data-driven recommendations. Data analytics and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate insights; develop dashboards and reports for management. HR metrics: Define, track, and analyze key HR metrics like turnover and absenteeism to inform strategic decisions. Stakeholder support: Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for committees, boards, and stakeholders in both Italian and English. Hard Skills and Soft Skills required: Master's degree in economics, labor consultancy, management engineering, statistics, or similar. 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and HCM systems. Deep knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and relevant regulations. Strong teamwork and project management skills. Knowledge of local labor laws, preferably specific to the chemical-pharmaceutical sector (CCNL). Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
