Proven experience managing payroll and social contributions in Italy, ideally in hospitality Strong knowledge of Italian labor, tax, and social security laws (INPS, INAIL, IRPEF, TFR).
Familiarity with the Italian Hospitality CCNL and HR/payroll management systems.
Excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, accuracy, and communication abilities.
Good command of English; fluency in Italian is essential.
Experience managing staff housing is a strong advantage.
