Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the brand campaign and community operation planning, execution, KPI setting and resource allocation, ensuring strategy align with overall project objectives while staying within budget.
* Analyze performance data to ensure KPIs are met, providing insights and creating reports to communicate campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with PR, digital and media, creative, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution, drive advertising performance, and optimize overall campaign effectiveness.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with KOL, KOC and community and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and optimize budget spending efficiency.
* Optimize campaign creatives, targeting, and strategies based on performance insights, while staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in consumer behavior to ensure competitive advantage.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ experience in digital/PR or advertising industry (client or agency side).
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian language, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset.
* In-depth knowledge of tech/cell phone KOL/KOC environment and good relationship is a plus.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines with a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy.
