This position is responsible for supporting our DMC through personnel management, with a particular focus on talent and culture within the organization.
Main tasks & responsibilities
* Support day-to-day Talent & Culture processes and the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, pay & benefits administration, and offboarding.
* Undertake activities and processes in compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
* Provide guidance to team leaders and supervisors in managing day-to-day issues.
* Offer advice and guidance to colleagues on Talent & Culture processes and administration.
* Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records (hard and soft copy) and provide necessary documentation (payslips, letters, etc.).
* Engage in activities to build and reinforce a positive culture, including implementing a local engagement framework.
* Ensure a healthy and safe environment for colleagues.
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a qualification in a relevant area.
* 4-6 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 6-8 years of experience.
* Fluent in English.
* IT and computer literacy.
* Supervisory skills.
* Performance management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
