We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager on a permanent contract (CDI full time) for our store in Serravalle.
Main Responsabilities :
The Assistant Store Manager helps the Store Manager with daily operational tasks. He/she is responsible for achieving sales targets and exemplifies excellent customer service.
Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in maintaining the store's visual merchandising (VM) standards and creating a memorable experience for customers to drive the store's revenue.
The main areas of responsibility are:
* Support sales and VM
* Team support and development (training, coaching, etc.)
* Back office tasks (reporting, planning, sales culture, stock management, inventory, loss prevention, etc.)

* Profound experience in a similar management and leadership role in Serravalle
* Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry

* Fluent in English and Italian
