A Day in the Life of a Personalized Internet Ads Assessor:
- Review online advertisements by rating them on relevance to the search terms and providing feedback on language and cultural relevance to improve content, quality, and layout.
- Contribute to making internet search and online advertising more relevant and interesting for millions of users.

Qualifications:
- Work as a freelancer with excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English and German.
- Residency: Resident in Italy for the last 3 consecutive years and familiar with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Italy.
- Daily access to broadband internet, a smartphone (Android 4.1 or iOS 8 or higher), and a personal computer with antivirus software. A Barcode Scanner application must be installed on the smartphone for certain tasks.
- Must be able to complete authentic human evaluation tasks; this is an explicit human evaluation role.
Assessment:
Potential applicants must complete a language assessment and an open‑book qualification exam. ID verification and a video interview may be required to validate language capabilities. Learners will receive guidelines and learning materials before the exam. Exams must be completed within a specific timeframe but at the applicant’s convenience.
