Job DescriptionAs part of our international expansion, we are recruiting a Project Manager to lead our data center projects in Milan and across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
Leading the overall execution of data center projects from initiation to delivery.Managing scope, budget, planning, risks, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).Driving project governance, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and safety requirements.Monitoring procurement progress and subcontractor execution.Preparing and presenting project reports and KPIs to senior management and clients.Leading regular coordination meetings with project teams, site directors, and clients.Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to secure project objectives.Acting as the main client interface throughout the project lifecycle.Ensuring alignment between design, procurement, and site execution.
Candidate ProfileHard Skills
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.5+ years of experience in project management for construction or infrastructure projects.Solid knowledge of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office).Proven experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.Strong command of English (written and spoken); Italian is an asset.

Leadership and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to manage priorities in complex, fast-paced environments.Problem-solving mindset and focus on results.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in data centers, critical facilities, or renewable energy projects.PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent.
