Team & Responsibilities
* Problem solving

* Identify and build KPI and metrics to analyze and improve service performance.
* Formalize and conduct assessment processes to identify improvement areas in clients' infrastructure and cybersecurity processes.
* Collect client feedback to propose targeted optimizations.
* Draft and present service reviews.
Qualifications
* Work experience in consulting or cybersecurity.
* Strong proficiency in using KPI and metrics to define service performance.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong relational and communication skills.
* Initiative and proactivity in proposing improvements.
* Client orientation.
* Problem solving.
Training
* Technical: training on reference technologies through certification paths and participation in courses and events.
* On the job: mentorship from more experienced colleagues.
* Soft skills: training in transversal competencies such as public speaking and communication styles.
