We are looking for an e-Trade Intern to join Sales function in our Beauty Business Unit based in Milan.
How you make the difference
In this role, you will support the Sales team in managing and developing online sales activities with key e-retailers.
You will collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing, Digital, and Supply Chain teams, as well as with external agencies, to coordinate product launches visibility on line, promotional campaigns, and special projects, while monitoring results and contributing to the identification of growth opportunities.
Your support will be essential in ensuring a strong, consistent, and high-performing online presence, driving the growth and success of the business.
How your agenda looks like:
- Optimize the online presence of the brands (product pages, content, images, promotions) to ensure visibility and alignment with the company strategy.
- Coordinate projects with key e-retailers, managing timelines and operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor performance KPIs (sell-out, visibility, ROI) and deliver analytical reports to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate on digital product launches, preparing presentations and visibility strategies for internal teams and commercial partners.
- Support the creation of digital assets and marketing materials with external agencies, contributing to CRM, digital PR, and eTrade marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
Your team:
You will work closely with the Sales team and report directly to the eTrade Manager, collaborating daily with Trade Marketing, Digital, and Supply functions to ensure seamless and effective management of all online activities.

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Digital/E-commerce or related fields
- Strong interest in E-commerce
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational skills; ability to collaborate across teams
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
