A Day in the Life
Join us at the forefront of innovation in electrophysiology as part of Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team. We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Sales Representative who is committed to advancing patient care through innovative technologies, including the Affera™ mapping and ablation system, advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional EP solutions.
In this role, you will contribute to the growth and development of the CAS business within your assigned territory—Lombardy—in alignment with national strategies and goals. You will work closely with existing and new customers, supporting both commercial and clinical initiatives, while helping strengthen Medtronic’s reputation for excellence in cardiac care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promote and represent Medtronic’s product portfolio and services within the assigned territory to meet or exceed objectives
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a broad range of stakeholders (clinical and non‑clinical), including distributors
Support account development by identifying opportunities for new therapies and technologies, while deepening engagement with existing customers
Provide procedural and technical support when needed, ensuring adequate product availability according to asset management guidelines
Plan and manage account forecasts, activities, and investments in alignment with territory goals
Collect and share insights on accounts, trends, and competitors to inform business decisions
Required Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or another relevant field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial role within the medical device sector
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
Ability to build effective relationships, work as part of a team, and contribute to a solution‑focused environment
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally to national/international meetings or trainings
Familiarity with the Electrophysiology market will be considered an advantage
