Responsibilities
Support the responsible in corporate legal matters: drafting litigation documents, opinions, and explanatory notes.
Research jurisprudence and prepare presentation slides of the unit’s work.
Study updates of sector norms, assess operational impact on the company.
Assist other unit resources in preparing defensive documentation for court filings.
Qualifications
Law degree and relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of criminal law, substantive and procedural aspects, and public procurement regulations.
Knowledge of privacy, corporate governance, and corporate criminal liability (D. Lgs 231/01).
Proactive, result-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
Contract & Location Fixed-term contract, 12 months, tempo pieno, CCNL 5 level CUSGA, Roma.
