Experteer Overview
In this role you join the mechanical engineering team to drive development of electro‑mechanical equipment within a healthcare and life sciences context. You will plan and execute project phases, apply engineering principles, and adapt standard methods to solve problems. You’ll conduct experiments, build and validate concepts, and ensure designs meet requirements and documentation standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to progress designs from concept to transfer, contributing to long‑ and short‑range planning. This role offers hands‑on impact in product development within a global, safety‑focused company.

* Demonstrate thorough theoretical and applied knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
* Familiarity with product development processes
* Strong written and verbal English communication
* Read, analyze and interpret scientific/technical documents and respond to inquiries
* Apply mathematical analyses (frequency, reliability, ANOVA, correlation)
* Define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
* Interpret complex technical instructions and manage abstract/ concrete variables
* Conduct structural analysis using FEM tools
* Experience with CAD tools and PLM workflows
* Familiarity with Windchill preferred
Responsabilità
* 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, and test
* 3+ years of experience with CAD (PTC Creo, SolidWorks)
* Knowledge of PLM; Windchill preferred
* Product development or R&D experience (3+ years)
* Ability to read/interpret technical journals and legal documents
* Ability to present information to management and public groups
* Proficiency in applying statistical and analytical methods
* Ability to conduct FEM analysis with tools like Ansys (3+ years)
* Ability to define problems and derive conclusions from data
* Experience with structural analysis and engineering computations
