Experteer Overview
In this role you will validate the reliability, safety, and performance of Manitou machines through rigorous testing in R&D. You will lead validation with suppliers, oversee endurance tests, and ensure compliance and operator comfort. You will work closely with the Prototype and Testing Manager to shape durable, safe machines for a global fleet. This is an opportunity to apply hands‑on engineering to high‑impact validation work within a purpose‑driven, agile team.

* Lead validation phases for hydraulic components and machine transmissions with key suppliers
* Oversee machine endurance tests to ensure long‑term durability
* Verify load diagrams, overload stability, and platform stability for safety
* Conduct performance tests on weighing, vibration, noise, visibility, and operator comfort
* Evaluate structural issues in the field through diagnostics
* Provide technical expertise and support to team members
Responsabilità
* Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
* About 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in Automotive, Earthmoving, or Agricultural sectors
* Proficiency in structural and stability calculations
* Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
* Experience with data acquisition tools: Dewesoft, Hydrotechnik, Vbox, Vector, Kvaser
* Deep understanding of analog and digital sensors
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar suites
* English required; French a plus
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* Strong planning, organization, and time‑management abilities
* Innovative mindset with clear communication and active listening
