At the reception, you'll make sure that guests aren't just contented, but enthusiasticYou'll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same timeYou'll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned upYou are the reference for the other colleagues during the shift: you inspire, motivate and give tips to the team in order to give the best service to guests keeping a positive environment among colleaguesYou make sure that the checklist is correctly fulfilled and assign tasks to the teamYou constantly collaborate with the Front Office Manager to report episodes, inform about the possible issues and improve the guest experience
