**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Luxottica wants to have a new approach in the relationship with their Social Community, more proactive, delivering engagement, service, and education.
This new role of Social Concierge will be perfectly aligned with the business and the marketing strategy, becoming a crucial asset in the relationship with the customer.
The Social Concierge will be accountable also to provide back to the Business and the Brand the insight from the customers that will rise, helping the stakeholders to take decision based on a new customer centric approach.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**
- Daily management & engagement of the community and tailored social customer care
- Active listening of the community
- Engage proactively the Community to support the Brand and the Business
- Analyze social data and develop reports to generate actionable insights and continuous improvements
