Key Responsibilities:
Promoting the public wider good in all actions, acting in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders and members of portfolio teams and organization
Facilitate customer journey workshops, collaborate online and in-person, and innovate
Ensure processes are aligned with organization objectives and guideline
Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
Identify issues and risks
Identify training gaps and create training opportunities when needed
Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to all service policies and processes
Required Experience:
MA in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant field
Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ years
Development and maintenance of Service Blueprints
Familiarity with Six Sigma practices.
Experience implementing process within toolsets like Asana, Jira, ZenDesk or ServiceNow is desirable.
Required Skills:
Strong technical documentation skills in ARIS / MS Visio or equivalent
Good communication and presentation skills
Critical thinking, leadership capabilities & creative problem solving
Data - driven approach.
Proficiency in English at a fluent level is mandatory.
Work location: Milan.
Availability for business travel is required.
