Wegreenit has begun the selection process for anELECTRICAL DESIGNERto be integrated into its staff. They will handle electrical design, working under the direct supervision of the Solar Director, and deal primarily with photovoltaic design. In the medium term, they may be assigned junior designers as direct collaborators. The Solar Unit manages design, project management, and construction site coordination for interventions related to the installation of photovoltaic systems between 100 kW and 1 MW, on-grid, also in the CER area. The same Unit directly manages the related permits (with support from the Construction Unit), procedures for connection to the E-Distribution network, and all necessary authorizations in compliance with Customs Agencies and Energy Services.Qualifications required:Degree in electrical engineering with at least 8-10 years of experience within design studios or engineering companies.Alternatively, degree in mechanical or energetic engineering, provided they have specific experience in PV plant design.Experience and expertise in managing all aspects of photovoltaic plant design, from pre-feasibility to construction site execution, including pre-dimensioning, system diagram design, single-line representation, electrical panel and cable duct design, LV and MV substation adaptations.Experience in integrating photovoltaic systems with storage solutions, including sizing, interconnection panels, and cable ducts.Planning autonomy and knowledge of relevant technical legislation, ARERA resolutions, and current PV system design laws.Knowledge of mechanisms for economic valorization of electricity fed into the grid (e.g., Dedicated Withdrawal, On-site Exchange, Minimum Guaranteed Prices, SEU).Understanding of incentive systems such as CERs and GACs.Experience in managing direct relationships with end customers and other stakeholders involved in decision-making, planning, and implementation.Working hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.Place of work and contract:Location: To be determined.Type of contract and remuneration: To be decided based on professional experience and framework.
