Key Responsibilities
* Business plan development: work with the CFO to develop detailed business plans for new acquisitions and projects.
* Participate in preparing bid documents for mergers and acquisitions.
* Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing financial statements, business performance, and potential risks to support informed decision-making.
* Additional activities include:
* Budgeting and Forecasting: participate in corporate budgeting and produce periodic forecasts to monitor financial performance against targets.
* Financial Analysis: analyze cash flows, costs, profitability, and operational performance to support management decisions.
Requirements
* 5 years of experience at a Big4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or similar consulting firm with exposure to M&A, corporate finance, or due diligence projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; a master's degree in finance or M&A is a plus.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
Contract Details
* Full-time, Permanent employment.

Availability
* Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
Additional Compensation
* 13th and 14th-month bonuses, overtime pay.
Education
* Master's degree (or specialist degree) preferred.
Experience
* At least 5 years in a Big4 or similar firm (mandatory).
* 5 years in business analysis (mandatory).
* 5 years in financial planning (mandatory).
