Experteer Overview
In this role, you will help shape Gucci's Men Leather Goods collections under the Design Director. You'll translate brand aesthetic into compelling sketches and prototypes, working closely with manufacture and merchandising to ensure cohesive collections. You'll research trends, inspire with new ideas, and refine designs through iterations. This position offers the chance to contribute to a globally influential luxury house with a strong creative vision.

Responsibilities
* 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge in product development constructions, materials, fabrics, xivgfpx techniques and industrial production processes
* Solid fashion knowledge, trend awareness, and understanding of the Brand history
* Excellent freehand drawing
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, and Microsoft Suite
* Positive, collaborative mindset capable of working with multicultural teams
* Ability to maintain energy and focus under pressure
* Fluency in English
