Role Overview
CBIES is seeking an EU Sales & Business Development Manager to represent the company in the European market (preferably located in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, and Northern EU).
The Manager will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and supporting the growth of CBIES' European operations in close coordination with the European Office Branch Manager and CBIES HQ.

CBIES offers a comprehensive range of manufacturing capabilities, including tube bending, 3D laser cutting, punching, hydroforming, end-forming, perforation, brazing, electric and induction welding, as well as zinc plating, turning, and other advanced processes.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
Act as CBIES' commercial representative in Europe.
Develop and execute sales and business development activities across assigned European markets.
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers.
Manage the full commercial cycle:
lead generation, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order acquisition.
Coordinate with CBIES HQ and the European Office on:
Technical requirements.
Pricing and commercial terms.
Project timelines and feasibility.
Support customers during development, validation, and serial production.
Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and reporting.
Represent CBIES at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Operate independently while aligning with CBIES' commercial strategy and brand positioning.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a sales agent, business development manager, or commercial representative.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the metal sector (pipe production, sheet metal stamping, mechanical machining, die casting processes...).
Strong understanding of OEM and Tier supplier purchasing and project processes.
Existing customer network in the European automotive market.
Ability to work independently and manage own sales pipeline.
Willingness to travel within Europe.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Background in automotive components, ideally.
Tubes, pipes, fluid systems, metal or plastic components.
Experience handling RFQs and long-term automotive projects.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Experience representing non-European or international manufacturers.
Languages
English:
fluent (mandatory).
Italian, German, French, or other European languages: strong plus.
