You'll work closely with the CEO and partner with leaders across the business to assemble the team behind one of the fastest‐growing AI products globally. Talent Mapping & Sourcing — Global talent scouting, AI‐first recruiting, and long‐term relationship building with elite candidates.Candidate Experience & Evaluation — Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close, conduct structured interviews, and deliver concise, actionable summaries for hiring leaders.Process Innovation & Collaboration — Optimize hiring workflows, enhance employer branding, collaborate with founders and team leads to remove friction, and strengthen operational excellence as we grow beyond 100 employees.
Your QualificationsMust‐haves
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.Experience in a start‐up or scale‐up environment.Global sourcing experience, attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Thrives in a high‐trust environment, empowered to learn, improve processes and make an impact.
