We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate to support our Group finance department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in IFRS and Italian GAAP, financial statements closing, data critical analysis, and budget control, with a strong ability to interpret financial figures and provide insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and execute monthly and annual financial closings with accuracy and timeliness;
* Oversee budget and forecast preparation;
* Analyse financial data and prepare detailed reports for senior management;
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes;
Requirements:
* Strong critical analysis skills and attention to detail;
* Proven experience in financial reporting and management control;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling);
* Problem solving;
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Team working;
* High level of English.
