You will Work as an IT Business Partner for business areas by contributing and setting priorities and helping define functional and technical solutions related to do business needs. - Proactively engages key global stakeholders to gather business and functional needs and provide support and new ideas on business process design and improvements; - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional business processes; - Serve as the point of contact for any questions related to global manufacturing and quality solutions, maintaining effective communication channels and positive working relationships; - Contribute to the definition of business cases, in collaboration with business stakeholders, identifying new solutions to support business capabilities and, once approved, ensuring the construction of a globally deployable platforM/Framework; - Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with functional requirements as well as the overall technology framework and quality; Qualifications - Education: Degree in IT or similar - Personality: Excellent organizational skills, precision, proactivity, predisposition to teamwork and interpersonal relationships complete the profile. - Experience and Knowledge:3 - 5 in similar position at least - Languages:Italian knowledge is mandatory.
