Job Purpose
We are looking for someone who will support both sales and stock management. The candidate will act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Brand's philosophy and values to maximize sales performance by fostering customer relationships and building brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding the client into our world. The candidate will also be responsible for stock management in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures, facilitating the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimizing stock losses. The role includes implementing guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and serve the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
* Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
* Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
* Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
* Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
* Maintain the shop floor and visual displays to a high standard, complying with company guidelines and stock procedures.
* Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts.
* Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during handling.
* Properly manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
* Organize, manage and perform product counting and stock-takes.
* Ensure correct product flow tracking through the SAP system.
* Manage product flow during repairs.
* Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
* Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following corporate guidelines and deadlines.
Knowledge And Skills
* Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable.
* High affinity for luxury products.
* High sense of responsibility.
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Mature and assertive.
* Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
* Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design.
