Key responsibilities
Technical ownership of a portfolio of operational solar PV assets
Monitoring and analysis of availability, degradation, and performance trends
Management and performance oversight of O&M; service providers
Investigation and resolution of technical underperformance and recurring issues
Use of SCADA and performance monitoring tools to support decision-making
Support during handover from construction into operations
Coordination of warranty claims and technical risk mitigation
Contribution to the continuous improvement of asset management processes
Professional background
Experience in utility-scale solar asset management, O&M;, or performance engineering
Strong understanding of solar PV plant performance and operational KPIs
Experience managing external technical contractors and service providers
Engineering or technical background preferred
