About the Role
We are seeking motivated professionals fluent in Italian to join a leading global customer experience team in Portugal. Positions available in Customer Support and Content Moderation across various international projects and platforms.
You will provide user support and content compliance oversight, working with a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support:
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Provide accurate information about products and services
Content Moderation:
* Review and evaluate user-generated content
* Ensure compliance with platform policies
* Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
* Maintain content quality, objectivity, and safety
What We’re Looking For
* Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher)
* Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
* EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability to work on-site in Porto
* Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends if needed

Relocation Package (On-site Only):
