URGENT HIRING - WELCOME BONUS: 2,000 euros (available until July 31st for the Italian market)

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (on-site or remote within Portugal)

Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates

About the Role

We are seeking motivated professionals fluent in Italian to join a leading global customer experience team in Portugal. Positions available in Customer Support and Content Moderation across various international projects and platforms.

You will provide user support and content compliance oversight, working with a diverse, high-performing team in a dynamic, international environment.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support:

* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Provide accurate information about products and services

Content Moderation:

* Review and evaluate user-generated content
* Ensure compliance with platform policies
* Escalate complex cases to specialized teams
* Maintain content quality, objectivity, and safety

What We’re Looking For

* Fluency in Italian (C1 or higher)
* Proficiency in English (minimum B2)
* EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability to work on-site in Porto
* Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends if needed

Accepted Documents:

* EU ID or Passport
* Portuguese Residence Card
* Manifestação de Interesse (SEF registration proof)

Visa holders: Eligibility confirmed case by case

Relocation Package (On-site Only):

* Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (€280/month, utilities included, deducted from salary)
* Hotel accommodation for up to 28 days (project-dependent)
* Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months (economy class)

For candidates already in Portugal (in competitors' housing):

* Hotel stay up to 15 days (project-dependent)
* Travel reimbursement up to €150 after 6 months (economy class)
