The KA Trade Marketing Specialist will support the definition and execution of trade marketing plans for selected Key Accounts, with the objective of enhancing brand visibility, driving in-store activation excellence and maximizing the impact of customer‑specific initiatives in line with company priorities and brand strategy.
Responsibilities- Define and develop customized plans and tailor‑made activities for customers.
- Analytical and qualitative monitoring of in‑store activities to maximize sell‑out impact and ROI.
- Collaboration with the international team for updates, share of best practices, objectives, results, etc.
- Management of trade marketing budget for the assigned clients.
- Develop trade marketing activities in line with the brand strategy and involving external agencies.
- Close cooperation with Regulatory and Legal team for the adherence of the internal approval processes and for the L&C assessment of marketing projects.
- Constant analysis of sell‑out data and preparation of ad hoc analysis.
- Data performance management regarding contract rewards and its administration.
- New product launch process support when needed.
- Collaboration and support of the sales team (sales materials creation, sales meetings participation, etc.).
- Collaboration in the organization of special events for clients (admin and logistics).
Qualifications- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, trade or sales, preferably gained in FMCG companies.
- University degree (in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration).
- Results and performance driven mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power‑point are a must) and Salesforce dashboard.
- Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines.
- Analytical & Innovative thinking.
- Effective communication.
- Collaboration and team work.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

CompensationStarting Pay: 41,650.00 EUR (annual). The total remuneration consists of initial (starting) pay, plus applicable variable compensation (including bonus) and country‑specific subsidized benefits. Bonus amounts, where applicable, are determined based on factors such as individual performance, job level, and company financial results.
