This is a data-driven role working closely with other members of the Marketing Communications team, with the sales organization, Global Analytics Insights Team, and Operation departments to maximize business opportunities, improve our digital marketing as well as digital transformation of processes and procedures, and support the event organization. /ppbr/ppstrongemuMain accountabilities (non-exhaustive list): /u /em /strong /ppstrongemWithin the digital area /em /strong /pulliManage all our digital marketing platforms and automation, email marketing, surveys, video streaming and more /liliActively contribute implementing new tools and functionalities (e.g. Salesforce Account Engagement, PiwikPro, CVENT use expansion, PowerApps for Automation, etc.) /liliPlan, measure, report and improve digital campaigns and activity, including (but not exclusively) newsletters, webinars, display advertising, and website /liliCreate/ prepare/ send Salesforce email campaign (newsletters, digital campaigns) /liliCreate a Toolbox process documentation for email campaign activities /liliManage newsletter subscription requests with our platform provider /liliTaking ownership of Client Data Centre Subscription Process (in coordination with GAO, Commercial and COO area) /liliLiaise with suppliers and invoices, manage platform users /liliOversee web maintenance and implementation of our Lifetime Partner customer journeys – /lilireporting bugs, raising and chasing helpdesk tickets, testing new features on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) site, and supporting management and deployment of service releases on our website and portals /liliConduct regular web content quality audits to ensure our website and portals are of great standard /liliContribute to the global marketing plan by advising on best use of digital channels and becoming a champion for digital best practice in the team /liliFind synergies and efficiencies among the MARCOM tasks, specifically through the usage of /liliOffice365 and other digital tools, and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation through PowerApps to improve in-department teamwork and cross-department efficiencies /liliActively contributes to the research, development and implementation of new tools to facilitate the planning, execution and KPIs’ measurement of MARCOM initiatives /li /ulpbr/ppstrongemWithin the event management area /em /strong /pulliSupport the execution of small to large-scale events /liliSupport the delivery of seamless experiences for stakeholders /liliCoordinate and execute the operational aspects of the event management /liliLiaise with suppliers and invoices /liliManage and implement digital campaigns for event registrations with CVENT (registration landing pages, email automation) /liliManage attendee communication, including saving the date, invitations, confirmations, updates, and post-event follow-ups /liliImplement marketing strategies to promote commercial and GEB owned events and drive attendance /liliSupport the Marketing Communication team to create promotional materials, content for social media campaigns and mailing, and maximize exposure /liliOversee the digital event registration processes via our event management platform, ensuring a smooth, professional and efficient experience for attendees /li /ulpbr/ppemThe above list is not limitative and may be amended/adapted at any time by the Employer, at its own discretion, in accordance with the business needs. /em /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongemuDesirable skills competencies: /u /em /strong /pulliExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across all levels of an organization /liliGood project management skills, able to work independently as well as in a team /liliAttentive to details /liliEnjoy working in a changing and fast-paced intercultural environment /liliGood ability to think strategically, creatively and “out-of-the-box” to meet stakeholders’ objectives. /liliProactive and solution-oriented; “make it happen” attitude and innovative/business minded spirit /liliResults-oriented and able to measure success /liliGood communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting /liliExcellent knowledge of digital tools including CMS web analytics, email marketing and automation platforms, MS Office package /liliGood knowledge of SalesForce CRM (certification is a plus) /liliWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS /liliAdobe Creative Suite and/or video editing experience /liliFlexible and entrepreneurial approach to work /li /ulpbr/ppstrongemuDesirable qualifications background: /u /em /strong /pulliDegree in Marketing (or strong experience in digital marketing area in the service industry type insurance or bank sector) /liliMinimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles /liliProven experience with digital communication.
