We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a leading international technology company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a great opportunity for candidates currently living in Italy who are interested in relocating to Portugal while working remotely from within the country.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote within Portugal)

Responsibilities
* Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Assist users with product-related questions and technical issues
* Deliver high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
* Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
* Fluency in Italian and good English level
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
* Previous customer service experience is a plus
Schedule
* Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts)
* 08:00 – 19:00
* 2 days off per week (Sunday + 1 rotational day)
