We are looking for an experienced Production Planner from the Coffee IndustryLa Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding itscoffee manufacturing operations in Italy, and we are looking for anexperienced Production Planner (m/f/d)to join our production team.Our group operates modern coffee production facilities inFano, Bologna and Monteporzio, coveringcoffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging .To support our continued growth, we are specifically searching for aProduction Planner with at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industrywho understands the complexity of planningindustrial coffee production environments .Your Responsibilities • Plan and coordinatedaily, weekly and monthly production schedules • Align production planning withsales forecasts, demand and inventory levels • Coordinate production capacity acrossroasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines • Monitorproduction performance, bottlenecks and line utilization • Ensureraw material availability and smooth production flow • Work closely withproduction, procurement, logistics and quality teams • Continuously improveproduction planning processes and efficiencyYour Profile •Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in the coffee industry • Experience withcoffee roasting, coffee capsule production or coffee packaging operations • Strong understanding ofindustrial coffee manufacturing processes • Experience working withERP or production planning systems • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style • Ability to coordinatecomplex multi-line production environmentsIndustry experience in companies such asIlly, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Vergnano or similar coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.What We Offer • Position in agrowing international coffee manufacturing group • Work withmodern roasting and capsule production facilities • Long-term career opportunity • Competitive salary depending on experienceInterested?
