Field Service Engineer
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites.
* Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to customers.
* Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support.
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or biotechnology is preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in technical service.
* Proficient English language skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with colleagues and collaborators to deliver results and improve processes.
In addition to your technical skills, you will have the opportunity to develop new customer service and product agreements. You will also respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
