Global Syndicate is an international team at the core of UniCredit's Debt Markets business within Financing & Advisory Solutions division. We are consistently ranked as the number one bank in Italy, as well as among the top 5 in the EMEA region. The team takes responsibility for structuring, pricing and placement of syndicated corporate and leveraged loans in close coordination with Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Leverage Finance, relationship managers as well as with other banks. Typical transactions include LBO and M&A financings, refinancings and pre/post IPO financings.
What you'll be doing

* You’ll be involved in preparation of pitch books, syndication materials, pricings, and roadshow materials for internal and external purposes
* You will get an insight into the entire lifecycle of deal - from the initial pitch to the closing of the transaction
* You will assist with reporting for internal and external purposes
* You’ll get to interact closely with colleagues from UniCredit's different finance units and representatives from other banks
What you'll need to succeed

* Study in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related Finance/Business studies
* Strong proficiency in oral and written English, further language skills beneficial
* Knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance essentials
* Interest to analyze and prepare supporting materials for a variety of corporates
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
* Experience in MS Office products, especially Excel and Power Point
* Eagerness to learn, attention to detail and structured manner of work
