Main activities & accountabilities:
Support sales orders entering in the system
Contribute to orders confirmation, monitoring and issuing of the relevant documents
Manage requests from the distributors: check products availability, send the requested documentation
Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
Handle the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers
Constant follow-up with warehouse team and suppliers to manage and monitor shipments and deliveries
Claims, complaints-management including the issuing of related credit notes
Share with the Customer Service Coordinator peculiarities of the customers in terms of order, special packaging, pricing, logistic requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, Communication
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel
Propositive attitude and focus on customers
Adaptable and pragmatic
Strong attention for details and deadlines
Ability to multi-task and teamwork
