Solution Advisory at Accenture provides specialized sales advisory services within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network. We are experts aligned with Accenture’s priority business offerings, focusing on go-to-market strategies and positioning to win new business. We work as a sales lab, supporting offering leadership with market insights, tailored messaging, and curated sales assets to originate, sell, and win.

M&A Solution Advisory is part of the Strategy & Consulting Global Network and extends the Transaction Advisory practice. We collaborate with M&A and Private Equity professionals, industry and functional experts, and client leaders to originate deals, develop discussion documents, craft tailored proposals, and conduct outside-in analyses.

You are :

An M&A Solution Advisory Manager with extensive experience working with senior stakeholders. You possess an executive presence and deep M&A expertise. You understand what it takes to win consulting engagements, build trust, and partner effectively with managing directors leading the offering or client pursuits. While direct client-facing roles are not required, you demonstrate client-centricity and a commitment to creating client value.

What would you do?

You will develop proposals around deal planning, transaction execution, and value creation for corporate and financial investors, aligned with Accenture’s comprehensive offerings:

* Pre-deal support, e.g., market assessment, target screening, due diligence
* Merger integration, e.g., day 1 readiness, post-close support, transition planning
* Carve-out and divestiture, e.g., carve-out design, day 1 execution, new entity setup, TSA management
* Corporate/portfolio strategy, e.g., operating model design, digital transformation, re-platforming, growth strategies
* M&A capability development, e.g., maturity assessments, capability setup

The Manager acts as a key point of contact for internal clients, developing content for proposals, building relationships with stakeholders, and managing collaboration with teams across the organization.

What are we looking for?

* Structured thinker with a quantitative approach
* 5–8 years of experience in transaction management and M&A programs in a client delivery role
* Knowledge of the deal lifecycle, including M&A constructs and definitions
* Experience with business development and proposal writing
* Proficiency in English (oral and written)
* Excellent communication skills (clarity, conciseness)
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship management skills
* Collaborative attitude for virtual teamwork
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for structuring content

Role and Responsibilities

* Create compelling proposals for clients and investors, collaborating across teams
* Build trust with practice leadership to support deal origination efforts
* Coordinate with deal teams on proposal storyboarding and messaging
* Maintain sales assets and contribute content for knowledge repositories
* Coordinate work with supporting teams (graphics, research)
* Provide feedback to team members and leads
