We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for the specified area. The position requires good technical and management experience, and the ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities
1. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role within EPLAN by helping our Italian customers realize their ambitions and goals. You will analyze customer processes and bridge the gap between our solutions and customer needs.
2. Utilize your knowledge of engineering processes to convert customer problems into actionable plans. You will carry out implementation projects, including configuring and adapting the software to meet specific customer requirements.
3. Serve as the link between (pre)sales and after-sales, providing ongoing support to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our software.
4. Provide specialized training, seminars, and workshops at customer sites or during events. Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Requirements
* Master's degree in industrial automation or a similar technical field.
* At least 5 years of engineering experience across various fields, with an understanding of how engineering departments are organized.
* Experience with EPLAN applications or other ECAD software is a plus, but a tailored onboarding process will be provided.
* Strong team player with creativity and dynamism, capable of effective cross-departmental communication. Proactive, independent, and meticulous work ethic.
* Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills in Italian and English. Flexible, dynamic, and possessing a strong personality.
