Event Producer and Organizer, Project Manager
ACS DOBFAR S.p.A., an Italian multinational and leader in the production of APIs and Finished Products, is seeking an IT Analyst specializing in SAP modules relevant to supply chain: PP, PE, MM.
* The position is internal to the IT department and can be based either in Tribiano (MI) or Verona (VR) .
* This role requires on-site presence at the office. The company offers 10 days of remote work per month.
Position: IT Analyst (Supply Chain)
Reports to: ERP Manager
Main responsibilities:
* Analyze and resolve technical SAP issues (incident management) within their area of expertise based on tickets assigned by the ERP Service Manager. Escalate unresolved issues to the second level helpdesk (vendor) when necessary.
* Manage requests for new SAP functionalities or modifications within their expertise area, interacting with internal clients to understand and gather requirements and implementing solutions (demand management). This includes drafting technical specifications for programmers, preparing and executing test cases, creating user manuals and providing end-user training.
* Collaborate with colleagues handling other SAP business processes to address and resolve "cross-module" issues effectively.
* Actively participate in team meetings to discuss work progress, share concerns, and address common challenges within the SAP team.
* Assist in executing computer system validation processes when required, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Technical/Regulatory Skills Required:
* Excellent knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) modules: PP (Production Planning), PE (Production Execution), and MM (Materials Management). Knowledge of QM module (Quality Management) is a plus.
* Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including purchasing, planning, and production.
* ABAP programming skills, particularly debugging, are desirable.
* Knowledge of SAP authorization roles and workflow development is a plus.
* Familiarity with IT regulatory standards relevant to the sector, such as CFR-21 PART 11, ANNEX 11 EU, and GAMP 5, is an advantage.

* Italian: Native or professional proficiency, written and spoken (C1).
* English: Professional proficiency, written and spoken (B2).
Education:
* Diploma in scientific, technological, or IT studies, or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or IT (preferred).
Previous experience in the role or in a similar position within the sector:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of SAP analyst consultant, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector.
