How you will contribute
1. Collect and evaluate revenue estimates from all channels to validate business trends.
2. Analyze commercial policies for alignment with Budget and Forecast conditions.
3. Support channels in defining Budgets/Forecasts, ensuring coherence and reliability.
4. Perform analyses of sales and training activities, reporting findings.
5. Monitor brand distribution, providing regular reports to the manager and team.
6. Build and update sales dashboards with KPIs, collaborating with Finance, IT, Planning, and Customer Service.
7. Support monthly/quarterly business reviews through data analysis and presentation prep.
8. Enable informed decisions by identifying sales performance drivers to boost profitability.
Who you are
9. A university graduate in Finance or Business Management with at least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles (Sales Analyst/ Sales Planner/Sales Controller) or in Consultancy & Audit firms in a fast-paced environment
10. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage reporting and databases
11. Strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
12. Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills
13. Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
14. English and Italian fluent speaker
15. Organized and details oriented
